This spacious house welcomes you with a cosy living room with loft and a contemporary open-plan kitchen. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living and dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with six chairs. The new open-plan kitchen is made for cooking enthusiasts. Equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, extractor hood, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (pads) and kettle, you have everything at your fingertips for preparing delicious meals. On the ground floor is a cosy bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm twin bed. The practical bathroom, fitted with underfloor heating, offers a walk-in shower, washbasin with contemporary vanity unit, mirror and toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where two comfortable bedrooms can be found. One room is furnished with two large single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), while the other has a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). For families with small children, a cot, high chair and stair gate are available. Enjoy wireless internet via free WIFI and TV with a wide choice of channels.
