"Biggest positive was communication - helped us out massively with confusion over booking. Quick communication much appreciated. Regarding the property - It was a base for a night. Everything was on the budget side of things. Clean beds and towels. It just needed a thorough spring clean. Random cutlery pots and pans were all mish mash and needed cleaning before use. But was passable - for one night. No complaints. "

"Large airy apartment. Noise from the street could be heard, but we were tired from site seeing so it hardly disturbed our sleep. Lively part of town, lots of places to eat and drink . We walked to everything and left the car in Cavendish Road carpark 3 minutes away for £6 per 24 hours. "

"Really poor communication - had to chase for confirmation which was still not received until the day of check in. Building is dirty and the vent from the bathroom ducts from the waste disposal area so the entire room had a terrible smell."

"Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield."

"The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go out. It was not clear if someone in a given room made some smoke or if it was a failure on the programmed weekly fire exercise."
