Indulge yourself in our plush Urban Cowboy Suite on your next trip to Staunton! You’ll love the thoughtful details, the attention to convenience and comfort, and most of all, the mood-elevating décor reminiscent of a day at the ranch.

The Urban Cowboy Suite is located in the lower level of the house and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 2 guests. Note: this is a multi-unit building, not a single family home.

There are 4 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units here. Please keep in mind, we do not have full time staff on site. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

LIVING ROOM: recliner sofa, 50” smart TV, coffee table, dining table and chairs for 2

KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric kettle, Keurig, crockpot, bar with stools

BEDROOM: king bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, dresser, 50” smart TV

BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, shower, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)

OFFICE: desk, extra computer monitor, high-speed WiFi

SHARED AMENITIES: EV charger, laundry room with washer and dryer

Other things to note:
- For safety, the property has two Ring security cameras capturing live video and audio of the front door entrance and the back parking area.
- Each guest is provided with 1 parking pass that gives them access to park on the street. Note that parking directly in front of the house is not reserved and you may find that you need to park a few houses farther down. We also have a small parking lot behind the house with very limited spaces. Please note that the drive into the lot is very narrow and only small cars can fit. If you have a larger vehicle, you must park on the street using the parking pass provided. Lost parking passes will result in a 50 USD fine.
