Downtown Funk: Walkable, Modern Loft

Downtown Funk is a unique two-story apartment located on the first and second level of the house. The lower level features a living area and kitchenette. Up the winding spiral staircase is the king bedroom and full bathroom. Don't worry, you will have second floor access up a traditional staircase so you don't have to haul your luggage up a spiral staircase.

FLOOR 1 -
LIVING ROOM: sofa, lounge chair, framed smart TV

KITCHENETTE: mini fridge, sink, microwave, electric 2-burner cooktop, Keurig, blender

FLOOR 2 -
BEDROOM: king bed, nightstands, accent chair, full length mirror, additional blankets, portable tower fan

BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, bath tub/shower combo, hair dryer, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap)

LIBRARY: All guests have access to the library in the basement. This is common space for all guests to use and it is located down one flight of stairs from Downtown Funk.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a multi-unit building, not a single family home. There are 3 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units here. Please keep in mind, we do not have full time staff on site. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
- This is NOT a pet-friendly accommodation. Violations subject to fines.
- Free street parking on S Coalter St.

**Privacy Disclosure: For the safety of our guests and our staff, we have Ring monitoring cameras set up in 3 locations:
1. Ring camera is monitoring and capturing live video and audio of the front door entrance.
2. Ring camera is monitoring and capturing live video and audio of the side door entrance.
3. Ring camera is monitoring and capturing live video and audio of the back deck/yard.
