Kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Unit includes a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Exterior of the property is monitored by a Nest camera for safety. Unit is perfect for families and friends that are visiting Statesboro. No parties or events.



The Space:

This is the right side of a duplex.



Guest Access:

You will have access to your half of the duplex. There are no shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to Del Sur and Gnat’s Landing. Several other great places to dine and shop along the Blue Mile in Statesboro.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking available on the property, so no need to be concerned there. Access to Hwy 301 is just a few blocks away.



Other Things to Note:

One pet is allowed per stay. Dogs only. There is a $50 fee.
