With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the condo offers a comfortable setup for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Each bedroom provides a peaceful retreat at the end of an active Tahoe day.

In winter, enjoy easy access to the Stagecoach Lift and Heavenly's legendary skiing and snowboarding. When the snow melts, trade your skis for hiking boots, bikes, golf clubs, or a day at the lake.

Spend the day exploring South Lake Tahoe, then return to the quieter mountain setting of Stateline and recharge for whatever comes next.

Things to Know Before Booking
There are two beds in the condo. A queen air mattress is available for two additional guests and can be used within the living space.
A ski locker is located at the base of the stairs for convenient gear storage.
A washer and dryer are located inside the home for guest use.
Parking for up to three vehicles is available in the main HOA parking lot. Parking passes are provided inside the unit.
The condo is accessed by approximately five flights of stairs. Please consider this carefully if stairs may be difficult for anyone in your group.
Do not park up the hill. This area is a designated fire lane and must remain clear at all times.
Snow removal for stairs and walkways is handled by the HOA during storm events only.
