Eagles Nest sits up on the Ridge off of Kingsbury overlooking the Lake and Casinos on the Nevada side of Heavenly Ski Resort. All roads to the condo are plowed year-round. The unit is +800 sqft and includes two large private bedrooms with 1 King and 1 queen, 2 large bathrooms, one with a large step-up soaking tub. There is a queen sofa in the living room to make this a comfortable sleep 6. All of the furnishings are updated and the kitchen is fully furnished. There is an elevator and laundry room.
You can walk across the parking lot and ski 200 yards down to the Stagecoach ski lift, and ski back in on your last run. Around the corner is a heated guest pool and hot tub. Casinos and nightlife are a short distance away.
There is a large bar and meeting area with a fireplace and outdoor deck.
You will check in at the front desk, and the parking is free.

I do not charge you for a cleaning fee, taxes or additional service charges, so there is that.
