The only short glitch we had and I was thankful the caretaker in the back was home as we did not receive a code for the back to. "Very clean property. In a quiet neighborhood. Thing that stood out for us was how quick the owner would respond to us and was always helpful and pleasant. This is a nice place to stay if you are going to stay in Sumter."

"Our stay at Woodland Gardens was great! We enjoyed our morning coffee and dinner each day out on the porch to enjoy the warm weather. Very close to Congaree National Park and about a 30 min a drive in to Columbia where there are a ton of restaurants and more grocery stores to pick from. Tira was a good communicator and available for questions. Check in/check out was really easy as well. Would stay here again. "

"Our stay was great. There were 4 of us and our dogs. Patricia put a lot of thought into the things that make a stay at a VRBO like being at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. There was a nice, screened in porch out back with a separate laundry room easily accessible from the back porch that we used plenty. "We loved our stay! The house was wonderful and very spacious. We have a large family so the extra space was a huge plus. Got to wake up in the morning, drink coffee on the deck, and watch 2 deer and bald eagle on a sandbar in the river. It was awesome. Homeowner was very responsive and helpful! "

"The house is old, was big enough for 5 adults. Enough driveway space to park. There was just enough seating for us (good thing we liked each other). No need to bring outdoor chairs as there is a table,chairs with 2 small charcoal grills under the pavillion. The bedroom with a walk in shower is hand held and it needs deep cleaning. "This well appointed home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just eight minutes from the South Carolina Equine Park. The kitchen has everything that you can need, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The parking area behind the house is a little tight for large vehicles so plan accordingly. The hosts were friendly and accommodating with quick responses to questions."
