"Easy check in and out. Great communication. Very clean room with comfy beds. Only one mirror in the property so bring one for make up, but would recommend! "
"A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well...
"The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and helpful during my stay! (the welcome glass of bubbles was a nice touch).
Also, the nice lady who works evenings organized my wake up call and to-go breakfast one morning.
The gentleman behind the bar during breakfast, making the coffees, was a delight. Polite, attentive and great service.
All of them made my stay very pleasant (give them a raise)"
"Det var en rigtig skøn oase midt i en storby. Inde fra hotellets område kan man nærmest ikke mærke at man er lige midt i en storby.
Hotellet er rigtig flot, romantisk, rent og velholdt.
Værelserne var rene og god plads. Der var flot badeværelse, fladskærms tv, kaffemaskine og aircondition.
Morgenmaden var ok. Vi syntes vi manglede frisk-lavet scrambled æg (og ikke over et vandbad) og bacon. Pølserne var til gengæld rigtig gode.
Hotellet ligger meget tæt på den gamle bydel, der er meget...

"We had a fantastic stay and the owner was so accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay an extra night. Great area with grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Many sights within walking distance but easy access to buses also. I would happily stay here again!"
"Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet."

A festa do Ano Novo foi maravilhosa. Tem tudo no quarto que a gente precisa. A comida dos restaurantes é muito boa. O café da manhã espetacular! Tem uma academia maravilhosa. Gente, sinceramente, que estadia boa! O valor é muito honesto. Viajamos muito pelo mundo mas podemos dizer que realmente nos surpreendeu a qualidade de tudo no hotel!
