"It is simply unbelievable, we arrived at the room, it was not clean at all, the beds to be done. It was about 8 pm, I complained , and by the next two days, NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. On my third day, I requested the bed sheet and did the beds by my self with the help of another person. Even though still had another night stay, I gave up , and checked out earlier."

"This was ideally situated for our brief visit to Penn State. The breakfast is a basic continental deal, but we enjoyed waffles with peanut butter and some tea to fuel us! The breakfast room as CUTE with nice large windows, and we were cozy and happy there for the night."

"Check-in was seamless. We were glad to be accommodated, per request, with an assignment to a room in a quiet area on a top floor. All interactions with staff were wonderful. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, and in good condition. Great coffee at breakfast. Our only criticism: The pull-out sofa beds could benefit from a better topper to make the extra sleeping accommodation a little nicer. Our teen, who can usually sleep anywhere, said it was...

"This is one of those limited staff hotels. The kind where there is no one at the front desk. You can call or text someone. But the lobby is empty. There is no one to help with luggage. There is no elevator. I walked my own luggage up 3 flights. At checkin there was someone who showed us to the room. I suppose I could have asked her to grab my luggage but at that point it seemed easier to deal with it myself. After that I never saw them again. There is no parking. It's even difficult to stop...
