"My visit started with excellent customer service with Zach helping me find my parking space to making sure I got checked into my room. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and the hotel management was super responsive. My room was very warm and they tried to work with me to make it cooler. "Let’s describe it as quirky. This is in a former grand house, and has shared spaces including a living room. Our room was quite large and even had a few snacks. We never actually saw anyone else there, as we had instructions to get in. Parking was a short walk away in a museum lot. We loved the closeness to Nelson-Atkins museum, and it was pretty near KC Rep’s theater."

None of that was the fault of the hotel or the staff, but it resulted in the morning staff being overwhelmed by the number of people who needed assistance.
