"Convenient location; excellent breakfast buffet"

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you are going to a sporting event. If you generally like Holiday Inn Express, lower your expectations. Old, outdated and in need of major renovation. I think it was clean but it was hard to tell from how old everything was. Carpet looks to be from the 80s, and not in a cool vintage way. The blow dryer in the room was rusted, the shower had broken off shelves, there were paint splatters on the walls and it was definitely not Dove products...

"Property (or at least my room and the garage) need maintenance. Room was run down- barely cleaned- chunks of dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls.
