"This place is not as advertised. Nothing about it is updated and the hot tub was so old the cover to it fell apart when I opened it to check the temp. There is no heat except an electric floor heater and the bed is memory foam and a sinking sink hole. The patio where the hot tub was had deep snow and ice and was not safe. Overall exceptionally bad experience. Don’t recommend. Pictures are not accurate. "

"The house had a great location close to skiing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace. Plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It snowed overnight one night we were there, and the plow came by 9:30, so we were still able to get out and go skiing early, which was wonderful."

"We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property."

"Upon arriving at our house a representative from the rental company was in the unit doing a final inspection. She said there was a problem with the tv and wanted to make sure it worked for us! After some trouble shooting she had it working which we thought was quite nice. The home was very clean, had all amenities listed and was conveniently located to Brettonwoods Mt. We didn’t need to use the kitchen, but noticed it was tidy and provided what one would need to use it. The bed linens were...

"My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed plus more, and we were actually surprised at how much storage there was. The inside had a modern appliances and a natural wood finish, great AC, WiFi, etc. The location was also awesome, just a few minutes away from several great hikes and natural waterfalls. We definitely hope to come back!"
