"We visited in April [mud-season] and needed a lowkey school vacation. We regularly visited the hot-tub on the porch - big hit with our teen. We hiked, read on the couch by the fire, and nestled under blankets at the pavilion with its twinkly lights and big open sky.Everything was neat and clean. "We had a great stay in the cabin. Me and my friends rented for a weekend to ski at Bretton Woods, and the location is excellent (5 minutes)! Very close and easy to arrive at. The Cabin space is good, there is a big shared room for 6-8 people on the top floor. The temperature inside the cabin on ground level was ok since the tiles floor make it colder. But upstairs was very cozy and warm to sleep! The bathroom was clean, spacious and the water temperature is excellent! Mandatory to bring...

"Beautiful cabin on a nice river. cabin had everything we needed. "

"This place is not as advertised. Nothing about it is updated and the hot tub was so old the cover to it fell apart when I opened it to check the temp. There is no heat except an electric floor heater and the bed is memory foam and a sinking sink hole. The patio where the hot tub was had deep snow and ice and was not safe. Overall exceptionally bad experience. Don’t recommend. Pictures are not accurate. "

"My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed plus more, and we were actually surprised at how much storage there was. The inside had a modern appliances and a natural wood finish, great AC, WiFi, etc. The location was also awesome, just a few minutes away from several great hikes and natural waterfalls. We definitely hope to come back!"
