Perfect for families, fishing trips, girls’ weekends, hunting parties, reunions and more, The Marina House comfortably sleeps up to 9 GUESTS, offering gathering areas, a fully stocked kitchen and one of the best walkable locations in town.

The moment you arrive, you’ll discover what makes this place special. Spend your morning sipping coffee on the patio, enjoy afternoons on beautiful Lake Minnewaska, bike miles of
scenic paved trails, then gather around the smokeless fire ring as the sun sets. Everything you need for a memorable getaway is just steps away.

The Space

Designed with comfort in mind, The Marina House features:
*Sleeps up to 9 guests, plus a sofa sleeper
* Two bathrooms (one full bath and one with a walk-in shower)
* Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, teapot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of cookware, dishes and everything needed to prepare meals
* Smart TVs in every bedroom and sleeping area (4 TVs total)
* High-speed WiFi
* Hair Dryers in each bathroom
* Comfortable living space for gathering together
* Unique spiral staircase – The upper sleeping area is accessed by a spiral staircase.
Young children and anyone with mobility issues should take care on the stairs.
* Bedroom 1: Comfortable private bedroom with Queen-sized bed, main level
* Bedroom 2: Comfortable private bedroom with King-sized bed, upstairs
* Loft: Open sleeping area at the top of the spiral stairs, featuring one set of bunk
beds and one twin over full-size bed – perfect for kids, teens and friends traveling
together. There's also a Nugget Couch for play and additional sleeping for little ones if needed.
* Sofa Sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping
* Cofee Station featuring Coffee maker with reusable filter basket (no cofee filters required) and an Electric Teakettle. There is a selection of tea and a small bag of coffee
* Note – There is no washer and dryer on site, but there is a nice coin-operated laundromat
one block away with the option to pay via an app

Outdoor Space
Patio area with seating, smokeless fire ring with 2 complimentary bundles of wood
provided, gas grill and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.

Whether you’re enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing around the fire after a day on the
lake, this inviting outdoor space is made for slowing down and spending time together

Good to Know: The Marina House is located on the same property as Shirley’s Treats & Eats; a beloved seasonal ice cream shop. During summer days, especially on weekends, the property can be lively with guests enjoying ice cream and gathering with family and friends. If you’re looking for complete seclusion or total silence, this may not be the best fit. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action and within walking distance of Starbuck’s favorite summer destinations, you’ll love staying here!
