"The apartment looked smart and newly furnished. We had a very comfortable stay and found the apartment to very well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful, responding promptly to any questions or requests. The short walk to the beach was a great benefit. "Great place, close to everything/in a walking distance. Clean and beds are comfortable + firm (many times beds are too soft) We received good instructions how to use everything/rules of the apartment .The only thing I would say was annoying is the front gate to the yard. The keypad lags and it's difficult to get it to open. We usually went through the gate when someone was coming out. Other than that a great stay"

"The apartment is amazing, all new, well designed, complete (kitchen, bathroom and etc), really clean and confortable. We were really received, even withou a reception, just give them a call or even a message and you will be answered right away. The location is not in the city center, but is a 15 minutes walk (for us was not a problem). Around the apartment you will find supermarket, shopping and all kinds of stores. If anytime i came back to Riga, for sure I would book it again!"

"This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! The beds were extremely comfortable - nice and firm mattresses and everything was very clean. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with details. There is a very clear video showing you how to find the door to the place, and the area is very quiet. When we stayed there was some construction in the next lot...

"Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc....

No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"
