Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. "

"What a charming cottage, clean, well furnished, and conveniently located just one block from the River Windrush and the local shops and restaurants. It's a perfect place from which to explore Bourton-on-the-Water. Just one hiccup -- the latch of the washing machine broke with out wet laundry still inside it -- but Dawn was nice enough to take our phone call after 9pm at night, and let us know where we could locate the appropriate tools, and even offered to have a repairman come in the morning....

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Everything was well thought out and check-in instructions were clear and simple. It was great to have the village only a stones throw away, yet it was extremely quiet during our stay, even when it was pouring down with rain. Although we had to get some bits for the fire, it was handy to have a shop nearby to get it. Wi-Fi isn’t particularly strong but was fine to get by. "

"We had a wonderful visit, the village and surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful with lots of places to walk. Close to the busy, touristy villages for visits but we were glad to escape back to the quiet after a day out exploring. The cottage is extremely well equipped and very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark is a very responsive host and gave us lots of information on the area. Hope to return soon. "
