"This was our first time so a lot of things we didn’t know. Parking is not included so you can either valet or self park. And they will do a hold on your credit card for $300 but we got ours back pretty quickly. The amenities are wonderful, our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed the pool! The staff was amazing and our check in was seem less! Definitely recommend and will return!"

"The location was clean and inviting. The pool was smaller than precieved on the website lol but still clean and comforting... the staff was kind and helpful and funny... (love the week day morning lady that has been there for 17 years... she is cool!) Definitely will be back.... PLUS there is a texas shaped waffle iron in the breakfast room!!!!! The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. "Booked this room (220) for my grandmother's memorial. Drove from Azle TX. Upon arrival, there was broken glass in the front driveway. No elevator. AC in the hallways were not on. The shower curtain rod was falling down, literally coming unscrewed from the wall. TV did not work, had lines going through it as if it had fell and cracked the screen. When we asked about it, nothing was done, and then aproximadamently 2 & a half or 3 hours later while we came down to go out front to our cars, we were...

"Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached...
