The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, while the living room with an indoor fireplace and the dining area provide a warm and welcoming space for spending time together.The property is set on a large, fully fenced plot offering both privacy and safety. The outdoor area includes two spacious terraces, a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a dining table and a stone barbecue for preparing meals outside. Children can enjoy the playground and an additional outdoor toilet provides extra convenience.Holiday Home Olivarum is a perfect starting point for exploring the local attractions.
