"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."

"Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden."

"We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

"Room not properly stocked with tea bags etc Dust on stand and skirting boards. Door would not open fully as got stuck on the floor. Two single beds but not a lot of room to manoeuvre around banged legs on it. kitchen at breakfast - there was no butter 2nd morning and lack of mugs. There were coffee perculators but no coffee to brew only small instant for cups. Food in restaurant- ceasar salad was a big disappointment, chicken overcooked and salad not right leaves for ceasar salad. However staff...

"Gorgeous lodge that is really remote that it feels like a little private area. Very clean, close to other food places. Hot tub so lovely and warm. Nicely fenced off or closed off with hedges."

"Staff were so lovely, from check in, bar staff and at check out. A credit to the hotel to have such lovely staff! The room was spotlessly clean, and had everything that we needed, however, windows were tiny and not able to be opened. So slightly disappointing. "The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."
