"This is the 5th time staying at this hotel. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room size is larger than most hotels. I noticed this visit the vacuuming needed more attention in the hallway and inside; especially inbetween the bed and side tables . I would like to see more than 1 op"

"Place appeared to be well taken care of, no free breakfast included, although there is a bistro on site."

"It was a nice clean hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had to switch rooms initially because the lock on our first door wouldn't stay locked but the staff was very accommodating for this. The breakfast was decent and had lots of good hot choices. The location is spot on. The pool area was a little less clean than I would have liked and I didn't spend as much time there as I would have normally if it had been cleaner but overall a nice hotel."

"The hotel’s ad on Expedia indicates an AIRPORT SHUTTLE is available BUT that is not true. The hotel staff stated the hotel never had one yet the Expedia ad continues to advertise the AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I incurred the extra cost of Ubers from and to the airport ($60 RT) and request reimbursement. I have receipts. The hotel said they are not responsible for the misprint in Expedia.

"The hotel was very clean and very nice but my booking was not what I had expected. I was looking for a room with a tub and it did not have that."

"Francisco at front desk went above standard service. He was helpful, caring and offered solutions that wowed."
