"Home was good, central location for a 4 day exploration of this part of WV. Got some quirks, but comfortable.....One caution is that parking is extremely difficult for a full size pick up truck (F150). Backing in is only choice, and even then a huge stump is in play. Basically left F150 parked all weekend, as you can't get it out with another car in driveway ...other car was Ridgeline compact pickup.Watch your head if you are tall. "This cabin is perfect. It’s spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed for coffee in the morning to enjoy the absolute stunning Mountain Views. The bed was so comfy. Towels were plush. The host was so nice. I even walked the cute mushroom trail on the property. I wish I could spend every weekend morning there with a cup of coffee. Not far from the National Park. "

"We needed a dog friendly place to base our New River Gorge trip and this fit the bill. Plenty of room and everything went smoothly. No dishwasher so you'll have to hand wash any dishes you use but that's not a huge issue. The window unit air conditioners worked well enough we were quite comfortable.I would add that you are parking in front of the left hand garage door but you are staying in the main house. The keypad is on the back sun room door. "

"This rental was very nice. We were able to watch the deer wander into the yard and graze almost daily. Secluded enough to relax after a long day of rafting/activities, but close enough to several stores and gas stations to be convenient. Host was fast to respond to any questions. "Caboose was clean and cozy. We prefer a bigger bed but the caboose was so cute we couldn’t resist. It was a very hot day so I asked the host if he could make sure the a/c was on for us when we arrived. He made it happen. It took a while for it to cool but was eventually cold at night!
