"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the bungalow. It is near the river and quiet. You do have a train that comes by often, but it was to the thrill and amazement of my 10-year-old. We walked down to the river and fished a lot, which is only 100 yards from the bungalow. If you’re looking for granite countertops and an eight persons Jacuzzi, this might not be the place for you. "The house was older but lovely and very clean with lots of personal touches and suggestions for things to do. All amenities as described as well as plenty of books and games, as well as supplies for smores which was a fun touch! Good location across from the Secret Sandwich Society and a few minute walk from other shops and restaurants in town; and just a few minute drive to trails in New River Gorge. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating! "

"We had a great time at this unique place in the wilderness. This huge property was very peaceful and included a little pond and a creek (!). And it is perfectly located for visiting the “New River Gorge” Nation Park. The cabin is extremely cozy and rustic with lots of wood, impressive hunting decoration and authentic furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom were well maintained and neat. And we loved stargazing in the jacuzzi. "

"Beautifully and thoughtfully designed, crafted and decorated cabin in the woods that is still super close to everything on main streets of Fayetteville and is only minutes from the NRG bridge and activities. "The "accuracy of this property" was not accurate because it was way more beautiful than the pictures I saw beforehand. The train roaring by a few times in the night...I thought I'd be upset by it. But the awesome late checkout, so chill welcoming feeling, meeting very cool John (host) and the incredible view made me not even remember it. I was only upset that I couldn't book more nights. :) "
