"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"The hobbit’ house was just as described, tastefully decorated inside, very comfortable. The outside included a secluded private garden area with outdoor furniture, we loved this and the log fired hot tub. Location is rural so super quiet and loved waking up to the sound of the birds.
