"The room was fantastic! Very comfortable, spacious and surrounded by greenery. They don’t have onsite front desk, so it can make late requests a little challenging. "Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned. Despite staying 3 nights owner was unable to replace the missing hair dryer in that time. Middle window curtain and underbench rubbish bin needs repairing. Parking on site and bed...

"We had a great stay, property is nicely presented and clean. We only had a couple of issues and they related to how cold it was. The windows are badly rotted and let in lots of cold air, and there is a large gap around the front door which lets in cold air. There are no instructions for the central heating and didnt work out how to get that on until the second day. So we were all cold. But otherwise a fantastic stay."
