The kitchen and living area run semi-open-plan, so whoever`s cooking stays part of the conversation, with a large sofa and a big TV for slow evenings. French doors lead out to the garden, and one bedroom has a desk and chair if you need to fit in a work session.

Location
Stanwell is a quiet residential village on the edge of Surrey, with old pubs and local shops rather than high-street bustle. It makes a calm base near Heathrow with plenty to explore close by, and a direct bus from Town Lane runs to Thorpe Park.

Good to Know Before You Book
Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor near the family bathroom, while the fourth is set upstairs with its own bathroom. Both bathrooms have a bath rather than a separate shower. The kitchen and living area run semi-open-plan, so cooking sounds carry through to where others are relaxing. Some bedroom and bathroom windows have textured or frosted glass that limits the view out. Pets are not allowed at the property. Check-in is self check-in, with full instructions sent the day of arrival.

Secuirty Deposit
A refundable £200 security deposit is required before check-in through a third-party secure platform. This is taken as a pre-authorisation hold and is automatically released within 3 days after check-out.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
