"wie immer alles bestens"

".I received no information about how to check in and had to call at 22:15. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and ended the call abruptly. The next morning, the same employee behaved aggressively in front of my children."

"Its a good option for a sleep and go from Berlin Airport."

"Quarto limpo, cama boa e próximo do aeroporto"

"Good hotel, located closed to a train station. I recommend it. Negative point : no refrigerator in the room "

"Muito próximo so aeroporto"

"Even though we were a bit far from Berlin, we have nothing but compliments about our stay. The area was so walkable and felt very safe. The room itself was incredibly clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The front desk, especially, made us feel exceptionally welcome. We were able to partake in the breakfast on our last day, and we wish we had been able to the other days. The food was delicious and very fresh. The bread...

"The room was clean, the staff was extremely helpful and everything superseded my expectations!!"

"We really liked the place. It's located right across from a great Edeka supermarket, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. The only issue was that the housekeeping staff didn't clean our apartment on Friday, even though I had left the "Please clean the room" sign on the door. On Saturday, I asked the receptionist to have the trash removed. The housekeeping staff did clean and tidy everything, but they forgot to take out the kitchen trash.))) And on Sundays, there is no housekeeping...

"Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Ruhig und schön in Köpenick gelegen."

"Wonderful!"
