Great location just outside of Grundarfjordur...very quiet and peaceful with great views looking out to ocean, mountains/Kirkjufell, and beautiful sunsets! Cottage as everything you need even small stove plate on the kitchenette you feel like cooking. Hosts also great and reply in timely manner to emails."

"Das Ferienhaus liegt in absoluter Ruhe auf der Halbinsel Snaefellsnes und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten als Familie mit vier Personen wunderbar Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt, aber leider ging die schöne Zeit viel zu schnell vorüber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"We couldn’t have loved our stay here more. It was so cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the mountain. I was worried I’d have trouble sleeping with the midnight sun but the blackout shades were equipped on all windows and I slept wonderfully. I already want to come back! "

"The room is pretty clean, (Spotless) it has nice kitchen Amenity. Three Coffee Pots (which is excellent). I only drink instant coffee and I need a bigger pot for making my instant Caramel Macchiato coffee. We only used the room for one night to rest (For Kirkjufell waterfalls and Aurora Borealis Photography) The room is sufficient enough for one night."

"It's in the middle of nowhere, and that's a good thing! Great place for viewing the northern lights should they present themselves. Very cozy place and spacious at the same time, and well equipped. Very easy check-in and check-out proccess. We stayed a "Kljá 3", since there are other properties listed and there is no indication of which photo is from which property, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived."
