The TipSea Turtle at Cabrita by the Sea - a romantic oceanfront condo

The house features one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a beachfront property located on the second floor inside Cabrita by the Sea Condominiums on the east side of the island. The pebble beach is right outside the condo, and the sandy beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. We are also providing two beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for your convenience on beach days. Please note that children under 18 years old are not allowed to stay in this house.

It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the Ritz Carlton, a 7-minute drive from Red Hook, and a 25-minute drive from the airport. Its location is exceptional, offering serenity and direct access to the ocean. If you’re interested in snorkeling, simply step in front of the condo with your water shoes and mask, and you’ll discover a stunning underwater world. During the day, you can observe various boat and ferry activities moving through Mullet Bay from the balcony. In the evening, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets.

Guest access: You and your guest will have full access to the entire house, including the balcony. You are welcome to use the mini-golf course on the premises, and the condominium also features an ice machine for your convenience. Additionally, there are on-site coin-operated washers and dryers available to meet your laundry needs during your stay. Please note that children under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in this house. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind after your checkout time.

Provisioning/Concierge Services

Need groceries? No problem. We are now working with a third company to stock the fridge with groceries for you before your arrival. They also offer fresh painkillers, rum punch, sangria, pina coladas, & margaritas by the gallon. They shop the local markets for fresh  fish, lobster, and local produce.

Guests can book private round-trip transportation through a local taxi company. They will pick up and drop off guests from the airport to the condo.

Guests can book a private massage or a couple's massage through a third party. A masseur will come to our place and provide the relaxation you need.
