The villa resort is comprised of 3 distinct and separate villas, each designed with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This island oasis is perched on Cabrita Point Peninsula, the easternmost point on St. Thomas; it overlooks the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and St. James Islands and unveils uncompromising picturesque views.
One of the villa resort’s distinguishing features is its outdoor recreational facility, which has a pickleball and basketball court and cornhole boards. Casa De Petrus is about a 10-minute drive to the popular Red Hook restaurants, the nightlife district, and the St. John ferry terminal.
It’s a 9 minutes walk to nearby Vessup Beach and the Ritz Carlton Beach. Casa De Petrus sits on the walking route used by many Ritz Carlton hotel guests for their early morning walk. The picturesque view from the deck shows a very active boating waterway that’s the home of the annual St. Thomas International sailing regatta and the passageway for many mega yachts and local inter-island ferry boats.
