The only issue we had was communication between Expedia and the owner of the unit. It was as described, has all the amenities you need and more. Property has amazing beach access with bar and restaurants on site.

Loved the beach and the property was beautiful. The condo had everything we could want as far as cooking supplies and any of our needs throughout. I would definitely stay there again!

I grew up on st Thomas and love a return trip home. This condo was beautiful and the price was right. The property manager Norma was fantastic and saved us from having any major issues. The one hiccup worth mentioning is that I was told by the owner that there would be a laundry card with money on it so I could do laundry while on the trip and I packed my family of 5 accordingly. I was disappointed to find this wasn’t the case and spent some money doing laundry. I would just plan accordingly for that next time. Otherwise it’s a lovely condo and suited my family’s needs very well.

Hi Cashmiere,Sorry about mix up on the laundry card. As mentioned prior to your arrival, there's usually money on it and if not, the office can easily replenish it (and charge it to us). Norma told me she helped you do the laundry which was so nice!

Amazing Place to Stay
This condo was amazing. Great location, direct beach access, and extremely clean. Tons of parking and the restaurant/ bar on property was the place to be. This condominium fit all of my families needs and more.

Beautiful condo a few steps away from the white sand tropical aqua colored Caribbean seas. Lots of friendly people, attractions nearby. Would recommend!

I liked that the beach was right on the property, beautiful view and relaxing, you never needed to leave except to buy groceries. Condo appliances need to be upgraded.

We came down for2 weeks right before the chaos of. coronavirus started. It was nice to get away fro the mainland chaos and have a beautiful beach. But then things changed. They terminated Diana, a worker of 22 years, the friendly beach chair, security, and information person while leaving nonessential groundskeepers without seniority. We preferred not to use maid service so cleaned the place ourselves. On the second night there we were afraid because there was a large mans shadow at our door. We yelled and he went away and we called security who found it was a new worker trying to find his condo. Norma was helpful and eased our fears. The electric was unreliable as was the water situation but thats st. Thomas we know. We washed out our clothes ourselves because by that time, social distancing was in place and we had brought detergent and an indoor clothesline. We used hot eater and the first week a neighbor reported us for running water when all we had done was eashed our clothes in the bathtub. Imagine coming back from the beach and finding a maintainance guy sitting in your bathroom for no reason. The place was ok, the people were usually fine, but during a time of chaos nationally, they gave a lot of misinformation to tourists to make us so nervous not to even leave the compound. We usually island hop, go to other beaches, do something fun. But we just enjoyed the beach and did some art and read which is better than shovelling snow. The 3 hr wait in the airp

We had trouble with the gate code and had to use other guests code I would say operator error but we used theirs without a problem Are toilets using grey water as they seem to be less than clean when flushed

This is a perfect place for families, especially with small kids. We had 3 kids under 4 years of age and had a wonderful time. It was quiet, easy to get to Red Hook, has a pool & beach. It would have been nice to have a booklet with recommendations of grocery store, restaurants, how to use ferries, etc but we figured it out in the end.

My stay was OK. I had major issues at check in that were resolved, none the less a poor start to my getaway. You walk a path to the nearby beach, unfortunately at this time it's not the cleanest beach due to some sort of sea weed since the island had the two hurricanes (Irma/Maria). We drove to another beach instead. The 24 hour airport shuttle means take a taxi - there is no Uber on this island. The amount we paid was reasonable for the space. Bring your own disinfecting wipes if sanitary is a priority for you. I wish I had them for peace of mind. I did not use any of the beach items they had available, they didn't seem well cared for or clean.

Thanks for your feedback. We will def take into consideration for the future. We are so sorry we were not prepared for your stay since it was a very last minute booking and because you did not receive the letter with check-in information. Most of our guests either rent a car or take a taxi from the airport and we are not aware of a 24-hour airport shuttle? And we apologize for the seaweed caused by the hurricanes and very surprised that Norma didn't address any of your concerns as she's known for being super helpful which is why everyone adores her so much. A little worn but equipped with about everything you might want. The sargasso weed was beyond anyone’s control and they were doing a credible job of clearing it. Bugs are an on going battle in the tropics, but I think a preemptive treatment before guest arrival would be a better approach than quickly addressing when reported.

Great Beach Getaway
Took my boyfriend here for his first time in St. Thomas and he loved it. From the great snorkeling to the private pool area everything was just right for a couples getaway. The condo we stayed in had everything we could ask for. We will definitely be coming back.

It's OK place, kind of older but it has charm and we where not spending a lot of time in the room anyways. Best thing is that I located very close to very nice beach with a lot of sea life and since it's also a time share, you can find goggles, fins and other things you usually have to rent. The location is not close to downtown so you will have to drive 15-20min if you have desire to go to some restaurants, but it's kind of good thing since the rest of the city looks pretty much like a ghetto. Employees where not very charming and borderline rude but that's the thing with locals on St. Thomas,hospitality is very questionable and they will not make you feel welcome in any way unless you are dealing with people from continental USA. That's the main reason I will never come back to Virgin Islands. Hawaii are way better.

Great condo, everything you need!
Our family of four (mom, dad, and kids ages 13 and 10) had a wonderful vacation in St. Thomas thanks to this well-appointed and perfectly located condo, and its uber-attentive manager, Norma. The condo is clean, roomy, complete with kitchen amenities and bath and beach towels, full of beach gear from snorkeling equipment to floaty noodles, and most importantly, steps from the gorgeous Sapphire Beach. Norma went out of her way to take care of us and was always nearby as questions or needs arose. If you're looking for something other than a hotel, this is your place. Sapphire Beach has a bar nearby that serves drinks, snacks, and light lunch, and a dive/activity shop where you can book all types of recreation (diving, kayaking, parasailing, etc.). Also nearby, and a must-do, is Coral World, a first class marine institute where swimming with sea lions is one of the many highlights. Red Hook is also 2 minutes away and all its restaurants are open and hopping. St. Thomas is going all out to welcome tourists as it recovers from the hurricanes and it is well worth the trip. Don't hesitate!

Nice condo's next to the beach. No staff to rate.
Great stay but not in the room much. Pull down beds for the kids weren't very comfortable. Loved the beach access and view. Having 2 bathrooms was necessary. Hot water never ran out (but was VERY hot). Beach chairs and snorkle gear was a plus.

Great Condos right on Sapphire Beach
We stayed in the Crystal Cove condos on Sapphire for a week. The condo was probably our best booking decision. It was very reasonable booking price for our lower budget, being lower income we are not the typical St Thomas tourist. We were very happy to have our own space and a kitchen with pots and utensils to cook our own meals. We also used the grill provided on several occasions. Sapphire Beach, one of the nicest beaches on STT, is just a moment's walk and close enough to see the beach from the condos. It was also nice to have a few child's toys and beach towels provided so that we did not have to pack them or buy more for my daughter. The office staff for the entire complex were nice and always helpful. If we needed something we had another manager, Norma, who was in the complex everyday until evening. The only issue we encountered was loss of cable and internet for most of the trip. We had it the first and last day. They have satellite so we weren't surprised the wind knocked it out. It would have been nice to have in the evenings when there wasn't much else to do with a 3 yr old but we weren't there to watch tv and spent most of the day outside the condo. They did also have a DVD player but no DVDs that we could find. We didn't think to bring any and were not interested in buying any. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
