The property was exactly as described. Karen was quick to reply and very helpful. Property was very secure. Would definitely consider staying again next time we are visit St. Thomas.

Sister trip
The condo was great, clean spacious for my sister and myself. Its location was great on Margaritaville property so we had access to the restaurant and bar. Easy walk to Coki beach and short taxi ride to Sapphire beach and Red Hook for the ferry to St John.

Beautiful Winter Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Pineapple Village. It was in a great location which made it easy to get to nearby beaches, Red Hook, and to use some of the amenities at Margaritaville. The pool area was very nice with plenty of tables and pool chairs. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at Pineapple Village in St. Thomas.

It is nice you are right next to Margaritaville resort. The unit has no cooktop, stove, or oven. The tv has no live tv channels. You must be familiar with or subscribe to tv apps to watch tv. It is a small studio unit but very well kept. The host are very attentive to your needs.

The pictures where exactly what we got the place was new and clean we couldn’t of asked for better transportation nice there are safari buses in front that will take you around for one or two dollars

Pineapple Village
Great vacation to the islands! The studio was perfect for 2 people. Possibly 3-4 if small kids are involved cos they have a fold out love seat. The pool is steps away. You share a parking lot with Margaritaville so you have their restaurant for dining. There is not a swimmable beach on location but Coki Beach is a 10 min walk or 3 min car ride away. There were taxis easily available or you can walk to top of parking lot and catch a safari for $1-$2 that’ll take you by a few beaches, the ferry building to catch a ferry over to St John. There is a small market called Louis to grab anything but Margaritaville has a tiny shop that’s a 2 min walk that has delicious baked goods, drinks and sandwhiches! All in all it was a great stay, the host was always a msg away if we would’ve needed anything but we didn’t because everything was there. Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful area!

Amazing girls getaway
We had a fabulous time while staying in the condo. It was clean,safe,cute and very close to the pool. We loved the location as we were able to walk to Margaritaville for dinner and drinks. The pool was quiet and the neighbors we met were great. We highly recommend staying here as the owners are very responsive. Our flight was delayed with the possibility of having to wait two or more days before we could fly home and the owners offered to contact their neighbors for us to rent their condo if we had to stay. Truly amazing people!!

Winter Getaway
We loved our stay at your property. The beach chairs were great. We were very close to Red Hook. Two things to mention, a coffee pot would be great. We couldn’t get the TV to connect to any channel. Overall you property perfect. Thank you

Thanks for your response, we appreciate your feedback! The Keurig coffee machine and pods we provide seemed easier that a regular coffee pot but knowing people may prefer a regular coffee pot is helpful. The TV is only for streaming apps like Netflix or Prime, not for regular channels, I will highlight that better in the guide book. Thanks again!

Great experience
Karen was an excellent host. She responded quickly to messages before and during our vacation. Comfortable beds, enjoyed drinking coffee in courtyard and use of keurig . Nice having use of beach chairs. Convenient dining with Margaritaville a short walk from condo. Lindquist beach is a beautiful, quiet beach and was a short drive from our location.

Great Winter Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pineapple Village. The condo was very clean and contained everything we needed. It was conveniently located near Margaritaville. We went to Coki Beach often and appreciated the use of the beach chairs. It was extremely easy to communicate with Karen and Rick and we highly recommend renting their condo.

Great space
We loved the space and the courtyard. We were able to have barbecues during our week long getaway. The owner communicated quickly and effectively. The only feedback I have is: I would recommend a broom for the courtyard because after a while it does start to get a little messy after some time. I love sweeping so it may just be me.

Cute Studio in walking distance to Coki Beach
My husband and teen daughter stayed here for four days in June. The studio was very clean, well equipped and I enjoyed taking a shower listening to the birds in the bright airy bathroom. Coki Beach was a short walk nearby and we had a great time there. Margaritaville was just ok, we didn't spend hardly anytime there. If you want a clean, safe, easy access to things with a rental car then this is the place for you! I would suggest more hooks, on the outside patio for swimwear and a coatrack inside for hanging bags and sweatshirts, and adding a shoe rack. We had a great time, thank you for your gracious hospitality!

In the interest of keeping the unit open and spacious, we chose not to clutter it with a coat/shoe rack. We do provide a closet with hangers and shelves for storing your things. I appreciate the feedback and will be adding more hooks outside on the courtyard. Thank you for the suggestion!

Best Vacatuon Ever
Days before we arrived we knew the check in process where to go what we had to do. Karen was always checking on us to make sure we didnt need anything. The bed was great ! Awesome sheets. The place was very convenient to the attractions. Very clean. You wont need anything here but a few groceries. We will be staying here again. The best experience I have had when staying out of town.

This private studio was quiet, cozy, and inexpensive. It was just a short stroll to the beach, pool and restaurant. The studio had everything we needed from coffee & tea to indirect repellant and body wash. I love the ease of check in and the modern/ caribbean decor. I would most definitely stay here again😊

Amazing place to stay!
The location of this rental is perfect. Nestled in at Margaritaville, it is a short 5 min walk to beautiful Coki beach. They have an on-site restaurant and cafe which made it easy to grab a bite anytime. The unit was spotless, and with thoughtful amenities like makeup towels, a keurig machine, bug spray, shampoo and body wash. The hosts went above and beyond to make our visit special. Communication leading up to our trip was clear and prompt. We enjoyed using the lightweight beach chairs. The bed was super comfortable too. The AC was efficient and quiet. Honestly, the place was perfect in every way. When we go back to St Thomas, we will def stay here again!

Pineapple Village VRBO
My sister and I loved our stay at this condo within Pineapple Village. It was just as described; clean, comfortable, safe. It was perfect for 2 people; you can go eat at Margaritaville Restaurant or bar, or walk over to the Shoreline Grill. Taxi's are so easy to get because there are always cabs available at the hotel entrance. The beach is ok in front of the Margaritaville or it is a very short walk to Coki Beach- it is nice to have options. We didn't use the pool, (we are beach people)but it looked nice. Note, as stated in the description; the tv does not have regular tv- but was easy to access our apps. Karen even left coffee pods for the Kuerig for me! Nice surprise. Midway through our stay she messaged me to see if we needed any more towels or anything- so nice. I recommend!

Oasis in paradise
This condo located in Pineapple Village was the perfect getaway. With full access and just steps away from the beach and pool, you get to experience all the beauty the Caribbean has to offer. The unit is perfect for a couple getaway or a singles stay, the owner’s were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy and hassle free.

I highly recommend staying on this property. Karen and Rick were so helpful and gave us some tips on what to do during our first time in St Thomas. The property was clean and in a fantastic location. Karen and Rick were great. Very easy to reach. The unit we stayed in was perfect. Only one small issue with the AC unit but it did not deter us from enjoying the condo. The privacy and location worked out well. Close enough to places we wanted to see yet off the main road to allow quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Honeymoon Getaway!
Karen and Rick were awesome to work with! They gave us great advice about the island prior to heading there as it was our first time! They even went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon was extra special. Once there we absolutely loved the place! It was clean and plenty of space for two people! The location was great for the excursions that we did and even had access to some of the Margaritaville accommodations. We loved having the snorkel gear so we could venture on our own! We would definitely stay here again and will be highly recommending it!

Wonderful Place in Paradise
We really enjoyed Karen and Rick's place. It's on the premises of a resort with multiple restaurants and easy access to taxis at any time. We ended up exploring many beaches but Coki beach is just a few minute walk away. The place is newly renovated and very charming. It was nice to relax on the private patio outside the place. The hosts were helpful and responsive. In short, we loved everything about our stay.
