Our stay at Latitude Adjustment was truly unforgettable!

The villa is absolutely stunning—beautifully appointed with stylish, comfortable furnishings and an open layout that takes full advantage of the breathtaking views of the Caribbean. Each sunrise and sunset felt like a private show just for us!The outdoor space is equally impressive. The pool area is a dream—perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand or enjoying a refreshing dip while taking in the scenery. The lush landscaping and thoughtful design made it feel like our own private resort.Inside, the kitchen was fully equipped, the common areas were spacious and inviting, and the bedrooms were serene and well-kept.The only small downside was that All but one of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, and balconies which added to the luxurious feel but was a bit of a challenge for adult guests in that room. So unless you’re traveling with kids I would consider it as a 3 bedroom villa with a bonus bedroom. That said, this was a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise an exceptional experience.Communication with the property management team was outstanding—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered almost instantly, making the experience even smoother and more enjoyable.We would absolutely return and highly recommend Latitude Adjustment to anyone looking for a high-end, peaceful escape in St. Thomas. It truly lives up to its name!

Family vacay

Carrie our host was amazing- house, pool and views were the best. Great location between Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie. Beaches, restaurants and activity recommendations were great and concierge service a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful View and Comfy House

As a family of four that includes two teens, it’s important for us to have separate spaces/rooms and this house provided great room for us and joint space. Quick drive from Magens and about a 20-25 min drive to most other places on the island. Great directions were provided by the management company, easy to follow, easy to get in. I’m accustomed to receiving emails or texts checking in during a stay, which we didn’t receive but also appreciate not being bombarded. There were some slight cleanliness issues in the master bath upon checkin but everything else was clean as a whistle so believe this was unintentional.The view on the lanai and pool area is beautiful. Nice and quiet, safe neighborhood, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen.Lots of bird and lizard friends around the property and a great place to unwind. I definitely think you need a car to be on property so if you are thinking of staying here, you need to include that in your plans just due to the gate, location and it would car you a lot in taxi fees to get anywhere but Magen’s beach!

Winter Warm Up

Latitude adjustment was great. The views were spectacular. Lots of room for everyone and all bedrooms but one had an on suite bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Family Trip

Once we go over the trauma of driving to the location from the airport and found your email with the gate and keybox codes, all was good. The property had breathtaking views of the Caribbean and incredible house placememt and landscaping that created a symbiotic balance between natural and manmade. The floor plan, colors and airiness of the first floor created a very relaxing environment that begged to spend countless hours staring out side when we were not on the travertine enveloped verandas, pool side. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable with plenty of room for the 8 of us. The main living room with the high pyramid ceilings and adjoing dining/bar areas and island kitchen was a perfect area to congregate as we prepared daily meals, played games in the evening or took refreshing naps after a long day of hiking or snorkeling. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and enjoyed the warm smooth travertine floors that covered the first floor. We did have an issue with the AC after mutliple power outtages on Saturday but had that resolved early Monday morning. All in all we'd stay at this beautiful home again in a hearbeat. BTW, after first road shock, had a great time driving left on on those blind hairpin corners!

Beautiful house! Great space for a family. We rented a van but would definitely get something with 4WD next time. The host was very responsive. There was a bin with some pool noodles and floaties to use. Good supply of kitchen dishes, cookware, and utensils. The beds were very comfortable!

Phenomenal Family Fun!

My wife and I decided we wanted to have a memorable family trip. After many hours of searching, we decided to have a land-based stay at St Thomas instead of on a Cruise ship. We are so glad we did. The location is exceptionally outstanding, and the vistas are without parallel. The drive from the airport was a little sketchy as the roadways are narrow, without shoulders, and the residential roads can be rough. Yet, the sketchy road opened into an impressive drive and beautifully lit home. The views from the upstairs bedrooms were unbelievable, the home was well decorated and well stocked, and all the appliances worked. Ignore reviews that lead you to believe there will be water shortages if you take a long shower. We had plenty of water. The pool is small but perfect to cool off and for kids to swim. The common areas have plenty of furniture, and we used the wifi for calling via our mobile phones. Carrie was outstanding in her support and sound advice for food and fun. My wife and I recommend a stay at "Latitude Adjustment!"

We have found our home away from home!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Latitude Adjustment and can’t wait to return. It was even more beautiful in person than it appears in the pictures. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to Magen’s Bay and is easy to access everywhere else on the island with a rental car. It has beautiful ocean views from everywhere in the house. I’m not sure if other reviewers were there during colder weather months, but the pool was warm and wonderful. The kitchen was perfectly appointed for everything. We cooked in 3 nights and multiple mornings and enjoyed everything. We really felt at home while we were there and can’t speak highly enough about the attentiveness of Meghan and Carrie. Pam, the concierge, organized some of the best excursions we have ever been part of. I just can’t say enough about this incredible home or the team that operates it. We will definitely be back.

Best view ever!

We had amazing time in St. Thomas, but one of the best parts was the home we stayed in. Latitude Adjustment was amazing and did not disappoint! We will definitely be back.

Airy and Spacious, with Breathtaking Views

We had a wonderful time staying at Latitude Adjustment. The views from the second floor decks are amazing - you can see at least five different islands on a clear day. Unfortunately, we didn’t have full use of the balconies the first couple of the days, but once we had access, we enjoyed them thoroughly. The house had all of the amenities you need, was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Only a five minute drive to Magen’s Bay and centrally located on the island. Huge master bedroom on the first floor. It can be somewhat challenging finding the house at the first, but the management company provided excellent directions. Would definitely recommend renting a car, as it will be easier to get around the island, and to and from the house.

Latitude Adjustment

This property was exactly like the pictures on VRBO. It was very clean, and the location was optimal. Great rental experience and would stay there again. A few suggestions are as follows: Change the color of the gate to blue on the arrival instructions. Have basic TV channels available to the guest or charge for the TV service. The 1/2 bath toilet would not stop running without pressing down on the flapper inside the tank. It continued even after maintenance said they fixed it. Let guests know that multiple showers cannot be happening at the same time due to the hot water.

Beautiful home, spectacular views

The house is gorgeous, well-appointed, very clean and comfortable. The view from every room is spectacular. The beautiful pool was one of the reasons we chose this house, so we were really disappointed to discover that the pool water was so cold we couldn’t use it. Overall, though, it’s a special place.

Perfect Family Vacation

Latitude Adjustment is the perfect place to stay! We were a group of 7 adults and we had plenty of room. The views are amazing and breakfasts on the deck were fabulous. The location is great- very close to Megan’s Bay and only 15-20 minutes to Red Hook. Communication was very easy and Megan responded right away. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful snorkeling experiences on St Thomas!

Overall our trip went great! I would highly recommend St Thomas and this property. There were a few surprises that we didn't expect wtih the property, but the managers were quick to respond and help resolve the issue. Pictures and views were accurate and it was a relaxing stay.

One magical week!!

For this vacation week, I can confidently state that we could not have asked for a more beautiful home to spend it in. Everything about this property was amazing and comfortable. The view of the Caribbean from the back of the house is breathtaking. This was truly one of our family's best vacations ever!! We will certainly return here again some day soon!!

Outstanding Trip!

The property was precisely as described. Absolutely stunning views, with the property, patio, and principal windows, on the edge of the East side of the peninsula, and the entrance and opposite views overlooking the West Bay side. Five minute drive to Magens Bay Beach, which we enjoyed twice (try to go when the cruise ships are not in Port). If you rent this property, and intend to go anywhere, we we recommend having a rental car/SUV (preferably an SUV). Property managers were simply outstanding - immediately accessible and responsive when a slight problem arose, and at the ready to provide concierge advice and services. We were the first to rent the property after the property was made available on VRBO. A few minor nuances that you would anticipate with any new rental, but no deal breakers and we overwhelmingly recommend the property and managers. Great Holiday week with the family.

Spectacular views

The villa is as described- roomy enough for 3 families with 3 young children, beautiful views, a well equipped kitchen (tho a second spatula would be helpful), a small but great pool and plenty of space for eating, playing and lounging. Our ONLY issue, and something common to the island, are the narrow, steep roads and lack of lights at night. It requires planning to do your grocery shopping, since it’s impractical to just run out for milk or bread. We had our Thanksgiving dinner catered and that was wonderful though pricey. We were a 10 minute drive to beautiful Magens Bay beach and spent a lot of time there and also visited Water Island one day which was fun. We had an issue with a toilet and notified the appropriate person who never got back to us. Carrie, the concierge, however, arranged for a repair the day after we contacted her. Overall a wonderful experience.

Dads 70th birthday

Absolutely amazing house. Breath taking views, amazing sun rises. We were all amazed how perfect the house was. It had everything you needed in it. The rooms were perfect size comfortable beds that you could watch the sun rise from. The pool was perfect after a hot sunny day at the beach. Already planning next trip back to island and this house is at the top of our list and will tell everyone we know to stay here if given the option. Thank you for everything this house has to offer it made our family reunion/birthday trip a memory we will never forget!
