"This place goes above and beyond! Customer service is great along with guys at the front door. Housekeeping was great and kept our room clean and gave us plenty of towels. We had no problems at all and everything was literally perfect at this resort. Restaurants were great and the 3 pools are amazing with the best views ever!We loved the gift shop..it literally had everything we needed plus more.We were able to get taxis so fast.. the guys at the front were exceptional with guests and calling...

"We loved our stay here! Our 9 year wedding anniversary Mid-End July 2021. A a stay in paradise away from the kidos was exactly what we needed. It was a short walk to my favorite Coki Beach and Coral World on a quick trail that took us from the Shoreline bar and grill, through pineapple beach (small beach in front of margaritaville) and popped us out on the road by coki beach. At our resort there were on site pools and the Shoreline Bar and Grill was our favorite spot to eat. I can't say enough...

"We had a great stay with this host! We originally booked a studio style apartment with a great view, and we were upgraded to a duplex style room with 2 balconies and a king size bed. Everything was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to have an amazing stay. The host communicated very well and gave us great instructions to ensure our stay went smoothly, as well as provided us with great recommendations for things to do around the island. "We had an amazing time! St. Thomas was beautiful, and the location was perfect—very close to the ferry, which made getting over to St. John super convenient. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While we were a bit disappointed that the pools weren't filled, we understand that was outside the host's control. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and absolutely loved visiting Sapphire Beach."
