Want to dine without having to get in the car? The renowned Caribbean Fish Market is just steps away from the beach, or walk across the street to the Ritz Carlton for a gourmet experience at one of their restaurants (once they open back up to the public).

Looking for a little nightlife? Shore Thing Retreat is just a 5 minute drive from Red Hook, where you can find some outstanding, modern dining and nightlife.

Island hopping your thing? Red Hook is also home to the ferry to St. John and Tortola. There are also a number of boat charters and excursions from there, so you can choose your sailing adventure.

We had a great time even though the weather was not great! Great location with a beautiful view! Beach restaurant & pool were very good! The condo was roomy, had a beautiful kitchen and was very clean. Easy drive to many other beaches and to the ferry at Red Hook.I guess the best thing we can say is if we go back, we will definitely stay at this condo again.

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. The rental home was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Customer service was excellent, with prompt communication and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Highly recommended. We would gladly return. We had everything we needed and amenities exceeded our expectations. All recommendations for transportation, food and experiences were stellar.

Rental was just as described. Pros - beautiful view - watched boats and snorkelers with mornings teaclean, beds comfortable, generally equipped - kitchen, beach gear, bathrooms restaurants onsite - beach cafe and fish restaurant both had good food and drinksnice pool (with iguanas)Beach provided chairs, clean clear waterAC units in livingroom and bedroomsCons - stairs everywhere, as older people that was a problem. 15 to get from parking to door, 40 to get to the beach. No elevators or ramps. Not handicap accessible. True for most of St Thomas.No tea kettle, electric or stove topDay time restaurant closed on Sundays. Need to plan accordingly, nothing else close by.Everything could use a refresh, paint, cushions on outdoor furniture, dishwasher.If you don’t have a car, need to either pay a very high premium to have food delivered or get a taxi to grocery store.

Fall Break

Our stay was wonderful. The property was just as described. The unit was clean. Plenty of extra towels, sheets, etc. Also the washer and dryer were a huge bonus. We had a little difficulty at first finding it, but that was our fault I think. Justin was very responsive. The beach at this location was not our favorite…but it was still beautiful! The pool was amazing. The two restaurants at the beach were convenient. Although they were only open limited hours, because there was no one there. Literally, some days we were the only ones our beach or at the pool…no complaints about that!!!

From the beginning, we had great communication with Justin. He sent timely information via text and vrbo on how to enter property, and contact information should we have issues. We arrived to find the condo as described. It was clean and spacious. The views were amazing overlooking the flowering trees full of birds each morning and the bay. The condo itself was well equipped. One little surprising find was a laundry basket in the closet for our dirty clothes (very thoughtful). The bedroom black out curtains were helpful to keep out the early sunrise. We enjoyed cooking in to save a few dollars. We found a few basic condiments in the fridge, and lots of spices left in the cabinet. When we encountered issues with the dishwasher, Justin was quick to have it back up and running in no time. The washer/dryer helped with drying out our towels, but also helped us pack lighter knowing we had a washer/dryer. We had 3 a/c units (one each bedroom, one in main living area); they all worked well to keep the unit comfortable despite the 88F+ heat outside. Parking was close, and access to the beach and pool were a few steps away. There are quite a few stairs down to the unit, and more down to the beach. We definitely got our exercise in. Red Hook was 7minutes away (good food options). We preferred groceries at the Market (Tutu park mall) - cheaper/more variety than Moe's in Red Hook. If we get to return to St Thomas, we will look into staying here again.

Beautiful View but Many Issues

Very comfortable atmosphere. However, there are quite a few issues with this property. Lights in one of the bedrooms were out, both the garbage disposal and wash machine did not work, and there were COCKROACHES! I did reach out to the host about the wash machine, but the issue was not resolved. With such a great view, it's unfortunate the property is not taken care of effectively.

Beautiful condo, private beach

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We had every amenity needed. It was very nice to have a cooler, snorkeling and beach items there for us to utilize. It was a little difficult to find at first. Directions need a bit improvement. We loved the private beach. Great for lounging and snorkeling. Our family had plenty of room in the condo and we had a wonderful time visiting St Thomas.

What a wonderful vacation rental! The views were amazing and the beds were so comfortable. Justin was exceptionally responsive. Our room air conditioners weren’t working the first night and he had someone right out! Beautiful property and we will definitely be back!

Condo was exactly as pictured! Very clean and full of everything you need for your trip! Even provided beach chairs, beach toys, and towels! Loved having washing machine and dryer to keep up with laundry too! Justin was great with communication and answered all questions quickly!

Superb and relaxing!

The house was immaculate. It looks just like the pictures. It was even stocked with a few pantry items and other kitchen items you could need to get your stay started. Also provided beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, sand toys. The property location, the view from the balcony, the beach was all gorgeous. It felt very tropical. My favorite part was having the beach and two restaurants just a 2 minute walk away. Got to eat breakfast at one of the restaurants every morning. Plenty of chairs at the beach to pick a shady spot or in the sun and just relax. We really felt like we had our own private community in St. Thomas. Thank you Justin for keeping in touch and being a great host!
