Our newly built villa is the epitome of luxury, offering an unmatched blend of elegance and comfort. Perched on a prime hillside location, the villa boasts expansive ocean views that stretch across the turquoise waters of St. Thomas, creating the perfect backdrop for your stay. The sunsets here are nothing short of spectacular, painting the sky in hues of gold and crimson each evening—a picture-perfect moment you can enjoy from the infinity-edge pool or the spacious outdoor lounge areas. Inside, the villa offers over 8,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, featuring soaring ceilings, an open-concept layout, and modern, high-end finishes. The main living area is light-filled and airy, with panoramic windows that bring the beauty of the island right into your home. Each of the eight luxurious bedrooms is a private sanctuary, complete with plush bedding, elegant decor, and spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms. This place is phenomenal and the pictures posted does not do it any justice!! My family and I was displaced in St. Thomas with another VRBO rental. However, VRBO stepped in and we booked this place. Immediately after the booking Connor, who was our host reached out to us and worked hard to get us checked in early the next day. But he didn’t stop there, he also got with Rock City Rentals to get us three jeeps sent to house upon our arrival. Rock City did us a solid and brought the jeeps to the hotel we were at. Back to the house. When we pulled up the house was breathtaking and the views were heavenly. Connor made sure to be there to give us a tour of the home and make sure we had everything we needed. Two nights in we tried turning on the fire pits but couldn’t figure out how. We called Connor around 10pm asking him to walk us through getting lit. Three minutes later Connor was at the house to switch out the tanks and lit both pits. We also had extra guest and needed to move others around to make room. We were going to wash the sheets, instead Connor brought us new ones. We’ve rented a lot of place but I have never met a host has attentive, kind and extremely helpful has Connor. He helped turn a disaster of a vacation into a fantastic memory that none of us will ever forget!!!! Thank you so much Connor!

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The house was amazing and it was very easy dealing with the property management. The only thing is the pool water was a little cold so wished they had a heated pool or a hot tub. Would definitely stay again

The house and location are outstanding! The views are spectacular and the location is very quiet. Connor the manager does a tremendous job communicating with you and making sure everything is taken care of with the property. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our host Connor was great! He was there to meet us at the house upon our arrival and give us a tour and answer any questions we had. The house was amazing! It is spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool and waterfall feature. The location of the house felt safe and had beautiful views. Highly recommend this house!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this St. Thomas home was something special. We traveled with three families, fifteen people total, with kids ranging from eleven to eighteen, and the house could not have been better suited for a group our size.The layout is exceptional. There are multiple kitchen spaces that made cooking, gathering easy without crowding, and the bathrooms are spacious and plentiful, which mattered a lot with a house full of teenagers. There is plenty of room to be together for meals, games, and sunsets, while also having enough separation that no one ever felt on top of each other. Whether it was kids playing cards on one level, adults cooking and talking in the kitchen, or quiet moments on the terraces, the home effortlessly supported every version of togetherness and relaxation.The location is ideal. Close to Red Hook, beaches, and restaurants, everything felt convenient without sacrificing privacy or tranquility. And the views are simply unmatched. The sunset views from this home are, without exaggeration, the best we saw on the island. Every evening became an event, with everyone naturally gravitating outside as the sky changed colors over the water.Communication was easy, clear, and thoughtful from start to finish with Connor, who helps you with your stay. They were tremendously helpful before and during our stay, offering guidance, answering questions quickly and helping with anything and making us feel genuinely cared for. We will be back!

WOW!

Stayed here with friends in July of 2025. Felt like it was a bit risky since there weren’t a lot of reviews yet, but this place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Amazing views, perfect pool, and immaculately cleaned. It’s a little off the beaten path but very easy to get to. Only ten minutes to red hook for dining options and ten minutes to beautiful sapphire beach. Amazing stay and we’ll be back!
