Welcome to Villa La Realeza by Virgin Islands Vacation. This Villa is the perfect island vacation rental in St Thomas, and is located inside the guard gated Point Pleasant Resort. The Villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation & adventure. Relax by the pools or simply enjoy amazing views from the private wrap around patio with views of St John & Tortola islands.

NO PETS allowed, $250 fee if violated.

Other things to note
Check out is at 11am & check in is at 4pm. We are not able to offer late checkouts & early checks ins because of the quick turnaround time. Our cleaners are thorough and work swiftly to provide a better than advertised experience for our guests, thank you for understanding! If you rent our car, you can pick the car up as early as noon on the day you check in so you can start exploring the island.

Please keep in mind that power and water outages are part of the Virgin Islands experience. These outages typically do not last longer than a few minutes but can last up to four hours or longer. The islands do not have the same power grid and water plans we are used to on the mainland; the outages are part of the island experience. If you experience an outage over 4 hours, please contact us so we can get an update on when power and water will be restored.

We have some beach chairs, snorkel gear, an umbrella and a small cooler that you are welcome to use during your stay. You can find them in the storage box on the patio.
