Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open the living areas to the ocean panorama, where you may spot superyachts and cruise ships entering Charlotte Amalie Harbor.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across:
• Primary suite with a walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and private ocean-view balcony
• Bedrooms 2 and 3, which share a spacious bathroom
• Ground-floor media room/office with a sleeper sofa and adjacent full bath, serving as a fourth sleeping area
• Pullout sling bed in Bedroom 2, ideal for two children

Gather in the open-concept living and dining area or prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, stainless-steel stove and oven, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, and more.

Outside, relax beside the private pool and hot tub, stretch out on sun loungers, or cook and dine outdoors with the private outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ grill. Beach access is also available.

For a comfortable stay, the villa includes fast WiFi, Ethernet, a dedicated workspace, a 55-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, in-unit washer and dryer, and Tesla Powerwalls with a backup generator. Air conditioning is provided in every bedroom and the media room/office; the kitchen, dining, and living areas do not have AC.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement.
