"The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't...

"My family and I had a great experienced. Chris was a great host. Very knowledgeable of the Island and communicative. The space of the condo was extremely clean, the staff was respectful, quiet environment and peaceful space, the view is impeccable and the location was very convenient to multiple beaches and restaurants. A car rental is a must as Chris informed us. We would happily stay again! "

"Have stayed here several years in a row. The rooms are amazing and it’s easy access to Red Hook and the beaches. Great amenities offered. The sargassum is the worst it’s ever been, free shuttle to other beaches is offered. "

"We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. "We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly.
