Queen Bedroom This queen bedroom has a relaxed St. Simons charm, offering a cozy spot to kick back after a day spent exploring the beach or wandering the Village. With soft linens and soothing, sandy colors, it’s a calm space made for easy evenings and restful nights.
Twin Bedroom Perfect for kids or friends traveling together, this third bedroom features two twin beds, soft linens, and thoughtful touches. It’s bright, welcoming, and ready for rest after a day in the sun.
Bathrooms The condo has two full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo—one en-suite to the primary bedroom, and the second just outside the queen and twin rooms for convenient access. Both are well-appointed with essentials to help you feel right at home.
Living & Dining Area Gather in the spacious living room, where a comfy sofa invites you to kick back and catch up. The dining table seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. E-Bikes & E-Scooters St. Simons has embraced eco-friendly travel with several e-bike rental shops located near Redfern Village and the Pier Village. Electric scooters are less common on the island, but bike rentals are a popular and scenic way to get around.
Public Transportation Public transit on St. Simons Island is limited. The Golden Isles Connector offers bus service connecting Brunswick to nearby areas, but routes do not cover the entire island comprehensively. The closest stops to 2511 Demere Rd are roughly 2–3 miles away, so this option may not be practical for daily use. Most visitors rely on cars or ride-shares to get around.

1. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.
2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage, or use of the fireplace. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
7. Late check-out fee of $200 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.
8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).
9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 15 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
10. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.
11. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: •Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per pet. •We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs. deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. •No more than ONE (2) animals. •Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. •Do not leave your pets home alone unless crated.
12. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
13. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.
14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
