Nice views, spacious accommodations and flawless experience. Location was convenient, covered parking a dream and quiet neighborhood.

The property was fantastic! The colors were bright and the view of the marinea was nice. Very quiet. No loud noise or routeness, etc. There were a couple of things that needed maintanience however did not disrupt our stay. 1. Oven was terribly dirty -needed cleaning. 2. The tub surround in the shared bathroom made terrible noise when walking in the shower. It sounded like the surround was coming loose from the tube3. The bracket on the bottom kitchen cabinet next to the refrigerator was completely off. When you open the cabinet the door dangled.The owner was very helpful for our check in. We could never find the office or who we check in with. Thankfully they included the owner's phone number in the reservation. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. I wish we could get one like it every time we travel. .

The property was excellent location was excellent. Everything was convenient. The house was beautiful and quite enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will return in the future.

The property was very clean, excellent condition. We visited with our family ranging from 1 yr to 60s. It was spacious, beds comfortable, living room was great. It was within walking distance to the marina which was really great for dinner. It was great for our toddler to be able to watch the boats. The property manager was prompt to respond to questions. We had a great time and we would return!

Very nice property and very spacious. There were some issues, but I have sent those to the property manager. I am sure the issues will be addressed. I think anyone would enjoy the property and location.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was just as described! It is decorated so cute! We would definitely rent again. The pool was nice & the kids enjoyed it being right there! It is right next door to Morningstar Marina so you can see all the boats out at the marina from your balcony! Coastal Kitchen is also there... best meal we had while on vacation & we were able to walk to supper!

Property has a beautiful view of the marina. Close to all activities in Brunswick and St. Simon’s. The only complaint we have is that there was no hot water in one of the main suites.

This beautiful condo sits on the river and you can watch the boats pass by and enjoy all of the wildlife. The property manager/owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to my schedule! Plus the restaurant Coastal Kitchen is next door and serves great seafood.

We just loved this amazing condo! Great location between Brunswick and St. Simons Island! Also loved that Coastal Kitchen/Marina was right next door- everything we needed was there- very nice place and reasonably priced! Will be back next year!

No trash bags, no paper towels, little tp, no dishwasher pods, etc. emailed contact on day 1, no response for entire trip, never got a response. The place is gorgeous though.

This property worked well for what we needed it for. I did try calling and emailing management about two issues we found but have yet to hear back from them. Other than that it was beautiful

Not what we expected. Not a 1st floor walkout, not kept up, wet clothes in washer, only 2 bath towels for a 3 bedroom condo, no bath mats, it was hot upon arrival, no beach chairs or umbrellas, outdoor furniture had bird poop on it and torn cushions with foam coming out, no complimentary toiletries, precious guests clothes in drawers, linens just thrown up on racks, no curtains on the big balcony sliding doors, stopper for guests the tub was broken, horrible old flat bed pillows, couch had holes in arm, broken bird statue, badly broken kitchen tile, couch recliners were difficult to operate. All that being said, it was a great location, on a beautiful marina with large rooms. It could have been wonderful had it not been so neglected. We have pictures.
