Enjoy exclusive use of this private step-free ground-floor apartment with its own entrance, patio, and outdoor shower. The thoughtfully designed space includes a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, dining area, and comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa.

Guests also have access to a dedicated outdoor storage closet stocked with complimentary beach gear, including two bicycles, beach chairs, a cooler, beach toys, and other beach essentials to make your island getaway even more enjoyable.

* The apartment is located on the ground floor of our home with its own private entrance.
* Please remove shoes upon entering to help us keep the home clean and protect the white furnishings.
* No smoking, vaping, or parties are permitted anywhere on the property.
* Blue Haven sets in front of mature live oaks, a wooded area, and a small creek. As with most homes on St. Simons Island, you may occasionally encounter insects or other coastal wildlife. The home is professionally treated on a regular schedule, but it’s impossible to eliminate every bug in this natural coastal environment.
* You’ll likely see friendly lizards and geckos outdoors. They’re a normal part of island life and help keep the insect population under control.
