This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is located on the 3rd floor at Harbourside at Marker 33, has a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 Queen beds (sleeps 8) and a balcony that overlooks the intracoastal. Every reservation comes with 4 daily water park passes to the onsite water park and one parking pass and is a 3/5-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants within walking distance along with bike and boat rentals.
4 DAILY water park passes are included with every reservation along with one garage parking pass. 3-to-5-minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach. (2 waterpark pass cards equals entry for 4 people, each card accommodates entry for 2 people)
Come stay in this lovely condo at Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park. This unit includes 4 DAILY water park passes and one parking pass. You will have access to the 6th and 7th floor sundecks.

You are within walking distance to many restaurants, boat and bike rentals, candy stores, ice cream parlor and a CVS that has about everything you may need. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coastline for a daily minimal fee. You will need to take the water park passes to the water park entrance before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wrist band to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes needed, at a discount.
This unit comes with 4 DAILY water park passes (2 pass cards, each card accommodates 2 persons per card) and one parking pass.
Each bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds; the unit accomodates 8 people.
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.
There are 3 thermostats in the unit, they all must be on cool or heat to work, but temperature can be adjusted on each one.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival. This unit is Self check-in; there is nowhere to store your luggage should you arrive before your check-in time. This unit is not affiliated with Hotel Connections.
There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.
