This smoke and pet free top floor condo (#410) is completely refurbished into a Scandinavian design. From the balcony you have a stunning view over Boca Ciega Bay. There are two rooms, one bedroom (with blackout curtains) and one living room with a bar kitchen and a large private tiled balcony. The bathroom is also new and all tiled, large, clean, and spacious. The interior decorating and furnishing are light and spacious in a very modern style. Everything is clean and up to date.

We have installed an UVC, UVV light into the central AC that clean the air into HOSPITAL STANDARD. The device takes care of bacteria’s, pollen, smoke, viruses etc, dust and other small particles we breath every day.

4 people easily sleep here, two in the King size bed in the bedroom, and two in the robust and modern sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is really nice and was renovated in 2021. The kitchen was also completely redone in December 2022 for a smaller fortune. AC is quiet and does the job extremely well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand-new Samsung fridge with freezer with an ice maker, a $3,5K Samsung range with INDUCTION stove & oven, micro-toaster, Samsung dishwasher and more. Coffee brewer, Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-cups).
There are two new (2022) Samsung 55' SAMRT TVs with a SONOS BT-speaker.
There is also a PS3, free and fast private Wi-Fi and a big washing machine with dryer.
Best quality down feather bedding, linens (with fitted sheets), and towels (and beach towels) are included, and you will also find iron, iron board and hairdryer for your convenience.

We have 2 2-seater kayaks and 4 bikes that you can borrow if you are up for a ride at the Pinellas Trail. We also have beach toys, coolers, picnic- and fishing gear. You may use the parking spots 18 in the shade under the building while renting from us.

The condo has a keyless door lock system. You will be given a personal code together with the contract.

The building has a large Pool area with plenty of sunbeds, a heated hot tub, and a BBQ-area. Next to the pool is a private pier with a sofa at the end you may use if you feel like spotting dolphins or do some fishing.

Boca Ciega Resort & Marina is a four-story building, built in 2006 on the waterline by Long Bayou close to Clearwater Beach FL. It is located in a safe residential neighborhood close to St. Pete Beach between St. Petersburg and Tampa, FL. It is within walking distance of some of the popular bars and restaurants in the area and within a few minutes’ drive from some of the popular beaches.

Doc Ford´s is our next-door restaurant! It is also one of the best restaurants in Florida. Actually, it was voted the best in the USA according to TripAdvisor award for best “Everyday Eats”.
