This pet friendly condo was newly remodeled and features all Tommy Bahama furniture, a new KING size mattress and box spring, electric window covers, full size kitchen, and newer A/C. The unit also features a Free High Speed WIRELESS INTERNET, High Definition cable TV/DVD in living room & bedroom, two stereo systems, a DVD collection of current hits and classic movies.

Pets allowed (**$100.00 non refundable pet fee**).We accept 1 dog up to 80 Lbs., or three small dogs, ( up to 80 Lbs. total)

The kitchen has everything you could want in kitchen appliances and cookware

Fine Dining at its best is located across the street from the beach landmark, SALT ROCK GRILL. Enjoy Caribbean fire roasted lobster tails and over 900 wines while overlooking the water. The local beach trolley provides access to other great restaurants and picks up directly in front of the property. Keegans & Guppy's are just up the road are two of our personal favorites.

This unit is a mere 30 minutes from the Tampa Bay Rays stadium, Ray Jay Stadium and the Amalie Arena - Home of the Lightning. A short drive also provides access to Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center.

Enjoy the sunset and waves in the evening and waking to some great coffee and gentle surf.

After 7 times staying at this property but a 5 year gap

Everything is great! The bed is dated, the Bedroom TV should be cable and not airwaves (who knows what's on) and they should leave at least 1 coffee filter. These are nits ... great place to stay

Amazing view of beach and ocean from 3rd floor balcony!

Awesome laidback location. Delicious local coffee place across the street. Great surrounding areas, like Clearwater. Favorite place to eat: Crabby Bills! Highly recommend.

Location great but apartment comes up short

Difficult to review as location was great, the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular, property manager really good. The issue was the apartment is really uncared for , Bathroom sink cabinet cover was peeling away , the cabinet itself was rotten at the bottom , the shower was grubby and needs grouting , chipped tiles on floor in shower. kitchen bar stools were cane and the sides were split , one chair will snap one day when someone is getting on the chair as the arms loose , dining table chairs same issues , lounge rug needs putting in the rubbish bin as no amount of cleaning will restore it , the sofa was surprisingly comfy😀 as was the bed. With a little bit of money spent which I’m sure the owner could recoup this would be a 5 star review

Excellent!

Property was clean and looked as good as the photos online. Well stocked kitchen. I loved that the kitchen was facing the ocean. Loved the deep balcony. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Labor Day getaway

We enjoyed our stay, sunsets were great from the balcony. Great beaches, walking distance to restaurants. Would recommend this condo. We will be back.

Only other issue were tenants of unit 404 parking in unit 303 assigned parking spot on multiple occasions

No cleaning

The owners were in charge of cleaning and did not have the places cleaned upon check in. If I had not gotten there by 5 we would have had to spend thanksgiving cleaning. Luckily we called the leasing agent and they said they would try to get someone but no guarantee. Someone did come from 6-8 our first night there and they talked about the place looked like it had not been cleaned in a year and a lot of mold in the place they would not be able to remove while we were there. One of the highlights in the description was the mattress. The mattress was horrible. My wife ended up sleeping on the couch most of the nights

Great location but condo could use some work

The location of this condo was amazing. We liked the smaller sized building and the quiet beach. There was a great coffee shop across the street and a few restaurants close by. It was easy to drive to Clearwater Beach and to St. Pete. The view was great and the bed was comfortable. However, the condo really needs to be fixed up. Lots of peeling wallpaper, cabinets peeling, damaged walls and trim, light switches and outlets that didn't work, and we had multiple problems with the toilet. They sent a maintenance guy to address the toilet (who came hours after the promised time) but we still had issues with it for our entire stay. The condo was clean, but needs some TLC. There were also ants in the kitchen so we kept what little food we had in the fridge. Our stay was fine, but with so many options in that area, we would shop around for a different condo for our next visit.

Scammed on Occupancy!

I paid for a Beach front Condo Oct 2nd for 3 nights, supposed to have 4 person occupancy with a King Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper. Upon arrival Friday night we discover they removed the Queen Sofa Sleeper and just put a regular couch. Now there is no where to sleep except for two people. When I called the Office 1st thing Saturday morning they said they would contact the owner. Another person called me back and said the owner did replace the Sofa sleeper and put a army cot in the closet. They were still trying to contact the owner to find a better situation for us. They never called us back all weekend. I had to take my 87 year old mother to a residence in Largo off the beach. Today at checkout I find out they knew about the problem on Oct 10th but still didnt tell us or try to find a suitable replacement unit. as we arrived Nov 5th. They offered me a 100 dollar refund even though I paid 800. and lost have of the sleeping occupancy. Their Money back Guarantee is BOGUS. I call this a SCAM! How many others have been scammed by their advertisements.

Very clean Condo . Million dollar view . But sleeps 2 . Not 3 as advertised. It says pull out Couch , but it's a cot with a 1inch matraze.

We checked in early and was so impressed at the way everything was handled. Smooth. Place had everything you needed. Bring your beach chair and cold drink. Rock Grill Restaurant is across the street and it was spot on. Trolly right outside the main door. Park and relax. will be back. Thanks oh so much.

fabulous

I loved this place. It was spotless, comfortable, great location to beach, had parking and as a bonus to me had coffee. We arrived about 8:30 at night and the last thing I wanted to worry about was going to the store for breakfast essentials. By the condo supplying the coffee, we were able to make coffee the next morning and enjoy it on the balcony before heading out for groceries. I cant wait to go back to this place.

Would go again

The room was everything you could need! The view is amazing. We had a great time. We didn’t get any check in information sent to us. I messaged them on Vrbo but didn’t get a reply so we looked up the number and called. Had to pick up the check in stuff off property sight. Not far and not a big deal just didn’t know. We’d definitely stay again. Everyone staying there was super nice!
