Welcome to The Belleair Estate, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat situated on an expansive 2-acre waterfront lot. With over 4,200 square feet of beautifully designed living space, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and entertainment for your next vacation.

Step outside and unwind in a resort-style pool surrounded by sun loungers, a spacious outdoor kitchen, and a gas grill—perfect for hosting family barbecues. For water lovers, the private boat dock offers easy access for boating adventures or sunset views over the bay.

Spacious & Stylish Interior

Inside, the estate features multiple private balconies, ensuring every guest has a space to relax and take in the scenery. The entertainment area boasts both a poker table and pool table, creating the perfect setup for game nights. Thoughtfully furnished bedrooms provide plush bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day of fun.

Prime Location

Situated just 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, The Belleair Estate offers easy access to the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of one of Florida’s most iconic beaches. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool or explore the vibrant Gulf Coast, this home is a perfect getaway for families and friends alike.

Other Things to Note:

- PETS: pets allowed upon request and approval. Pet fee of $100 per pet will apply if approved, 2 pet maximum.
- SMOKING: absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking in the home will result in a $500 fine
- EVENTS: Ceremonies, weddings, and events are prohibited at this property due to neighborhood restrictions and insurance reasons. We get many requests for weddings, please know that we will not be able to approve any weddings or or official ceremonies whatsoever.

This house was great for our family and friends! We had 12 total and plenty of space. The house was super clean and the property manager was very communicative and accommodating. We loved the back porch, pool area and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend this house!

Property is nice but kitchen appliances were broken. The outside bar also flooded during our stay so we couldn’t use it. To reconcile, they took 3% off the total price. Kind of a slap in the face

From the day i booked, after having several VRBO's cancel due to storm damage, the host to this home along with Tom made me feel like I'd made the perfect choice for us!! This was trip was our Christmas present to our family of 14. The pool, pool and poker table were a huge hit

A nice place for our vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. The grandkids loved being able to share a room with their cousins. They also loved the pool and the mermaid tails. It was easy to get into the home. Excellent communication with our host.

Bachelorette with friends

Overall great stay and beautiful house. Came with a group of 13 for my bachelorette. We never figured out how to use the pool lights outside so wasn’t able to swim in the evenings, and the water got cold after the sun went down. The upstairs water didn’t give off warm water or good pressure but otherwise the other showers were fine. A few dead cockroaches noted on the ground as well. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and thought it was comfortable

Family getaway

Celebrated my 40th birthday with family at this beautiful lake house. Very clean property with lots to do. We spent the majority of the time enjoying the outdoor activities... swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. We'd finish the day by the firepit and shooting pool. Great house to bring the family or have a relaxing weekend with your friends. Thank you for a great birthday weekend!

Bachelor Party Blast!

Myself and 8 friends rented this house for a long weekend and had an absolute blast! The house comfortably slept 9 adults and we had everything we needed. We spent nearly all of our time in and around the pool which was warm and big enough for all of us. We brought our own pool floats to lounge around in. The extra closet and the master bathroom were massive! It was really fun getting ready together and just hanging out in and around there. The outside bar was crucial with the sink, cabinets, full sized fridge and bathroom. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything worked in the house and the area felt secluded and safe. I would definitely recommend this place for a big group of people!

Family Vacation

We had 7 adults and 4 children (newborn to age 14) and this house was plenty large enough for all of us. The home is beautifully furnished. Loved sitting on the large back porch with the water view, relaxing and reading. The pool was well kept and large enough for all of us. My son enjoyed kayaking while there as well. Would definitely recommend this house for a large family looking to spend quality time together.

Chesapeake Getaway

Our group included teenagers as well as adults with intellectual disabilities. The house was well suited for everyone. The pool was great for all and the teens enjoyed kayaking in the canal. Everyone had their own space which was great. The pool table also got good use. While the location can be tricky to find, the host gave excellent directions and we had no trouble locating it. Would definitely use the property again.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had the opportunity to stay at LaCasa Vacations' Belleair Estate in Clearwater Florida and let me tell you, STUNNING is an absolute understatement. The property was well kept, clean, and simply beautiful. We went for a bachelorette and there was PLENTY of room for everyone for a nice and relaxing long weekend. The property was equipped with everything you would possibly ever need. The only improvement I could possibly think of is the trash barrels. Other than that, Belleair Estate was incredible!!! Both Izabella and Aleksandra were great hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and pretty responsive. We cannot thank them and LaCasa Vacations enough for hosting us! We FOR SURE will be back and we cannot wait! Wishing we were still at the Belleair Estate! Again, HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND LaCasa Vacations and Belleair Estate!

Family get away

I went on this trip with my 21 year old son. We had adult family, cousins and a few friends. The house was amazing. We utilized the kayak's and enjoyed the lake behind us very much. We saw manatee on our first day. The pond next to us brought much enjoyment as we saw beautiful birds and turtles all week long. The house itself was gorgeous and spacious for our group. We took an Uber to the store right down the street and to Palm Pavilion to spent a day at the beach, only 5 miles away. Communication with owner was excellent. I hope to come back to this beautiful place again.

Like Paradise!

Amazing house and property! Pulled up to a gator on the lawn! (Neighbor said they have a 6, 8 and 10 foot around). Saw a 2nd one a short time later in bigger body of water, but none after that. So much wildlife to see and things to do. Kids stayed busy fishing off the 2 docks. There were 3 turtles (1 huge one) visiting quite often, as well as lots of other birds and jumping fish. Outside is Paradise! Large area, something for everyone. So pretty! Pool house/bar/bathroom was super convenient, pool was nice and warm, and huge! Lots of seating outside. Inside layout was exactly what we needed and felt very open and airy. 3 different AC zones. Comfortable beds. Clean. 2 washers and dryers, great layout, huge master suite, lots of seating areas, etc. More details for those who like to know: Some things that were there during our stay included 2 pack n plays, 1 high chair, 2 medium fans, big tub of kids toys, 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, a few life jackets, lots of sand toys, 1 boogie board, 4 lawn/beach chairs plus a short beach chair, 1 cooler I think, 2 bikes, foosball in the garage, bag toss game (corn hole), lots of pool/diving toys, 4 foam pool board/ floaties. It was super nice that they left things previous renters had left, rather than wasting things & needing to buy literally everything for your stay. Ie, they had enough garbage bags, dish soap, decent amount of laundry pods, some toilet paper. Lots of seasonings, condiments, toiletries, etc. LOVED this place!!

Perfect family vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our 10 count family. The pools was wonderfully warm during our end of February stay. Any minor issues were addressed and communication was excellent. It is not right next to anything but we preferred the location as it was waterfront and allowed the perfect getaway in floridas well known landscape. We enjoyed the sunbathing alligator visitor and the manatee / flipping fish in the canal. We would stay again ❤️
