This condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. This comfortable 2-bedrooms, 2-baths condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare a nice meal, tile flooring in living/kitchen area and tasteful décor. The living area features a large flat screen TV and a very comfortable sectional couch. There is a king size bed with a flat screen TV in the main bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and also features a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms are remodeled with beautiful wall tile. The living room is on the beach side of the condo and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and Coin operated washer/dryer on site.

Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village.
