( two pet limit, each pet must be under 25 pounds) Complex has a large pool that is heated in winter months for your most ultimate vacation experience. Nice tennis courts, gas grills, covered seating and open seating by the pool and gym for you to use. No vehicle number restrictions. Open parking. Complex is located in the heart of Pinellas County close to everything, beaches, shopping, WALKING DISTANCE to: McDonald’s, Burger King, tropical smoothie, STARBUCKS, Daily’s burger, Lukens liquor, PDQ, Wendy’s, Ross, Burlington and Sprouts. POOL- large community pool HEATED to 85 with lounge chairs and seating. pool closes at 10 pm.

Our condo has two bedrooms one bathroom. The living room couch opens up into a queen bed.

Ac max is 71 As prior guess have turned on the AC is into the 50s andhave burned out our prior units. Do not book this home if 71 is not cool enough for you. In my opinion and 99.9% of guests this is sufficient and beyond sufficient!
