- Parking: One parking pass is required and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. Parking is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes will be located inside the home upon arrival.

- Community Guidelines: Please review and follow all posted HOA rules and regulations to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

- Elevator modernization starting July 20-end of August, during this time elevator will not be available for use

- Pool Access: The community pool is open daily from dawn to dusk.

- Beach Access: The Gulf and sandy beaches are located directly across the street with easy, direct access.

- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- Smoking: This is a smoke-free property, including all indoor and outdoor common areas.
