Vista Verde East 4-229 is a second-floor, golf course view Vista Verde East condo at Isla Del Sol. NEWLY Renovated - NEW pictures to come! This unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with 3 flat-screen TVs, free WiFi,  North American long-distance calling, and all of the comforts of home. Beautifully redone kitchen with granite countertops and NEW appliances. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms! The unit also features new bedding - mattresses, box springs, a new water heater, a new washer & and dryer, an updated master bath shower - no tub, and new kitchen chairs! Note: A 1-week minimum stay requires Saturday arrival in season.

Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods, each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, and some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopper’s Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.

'The Island is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters and the many beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Fort DeSoto Park and Fort DeSoto's North Beach are voted among America's top beaches. Tons of shops, restaurants, and many exciting things to do are just a short drive across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Blvd. Explore historic Pass-a-Grille Beach and the bustling St Pete Beach, or drive up the coast following Gulf Blvd through Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Shores all the way to Clearwater Beach to see what adventures you may find! It’s also just a quick drive to I-275 to experience all that Downtown St Petersburg offers.

St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has various accommodations ranging from large-scale resorts to the classic Florida mom-and-pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach, and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.” In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east.

The City of St. Pete Beach is just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach, and within 30 miles of St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. With year-round sunshine and abundant recreational activities, restaurants, and shopping, St. Pete Beach is one of the world's most enjoyable places to live and vacation.

• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Awesome Experience

The unit and location were fantastic. Isla del Sol is conveniently located within minutes of a ton of different things to do and just minutes from St Pete Beach and Fort de Soto. The unit itself was great for our family of 5 and we loved how each end of the unit had a bedroom and a bathroom. The community pool and hot tub were a great way to spend the afternoon and evenings. Lots of walking trails to explore other areas within the complex. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent family stay

The condo was just as pictured, in a beautiful location close to restaurants by car (just a few minutes) and less than 30 min walk to St. Pete Beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had no toaster in the condo and they got us one very quickly. Excellent café within about 10 minute walk. The condo is very quiet, beds were very comfortable, linens great and there were even some beach items available such as an umbrella. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Highly recommend - we would happily go back!

3 months in Vista Verde East

The location is ideal to the main strip, beaches and the outside maintenance was impeccable along with the view of the golf course. The condo was fairly clean upon arrival and check in was effortless. Whenever there was a problem the management was easy to contact and very efficient at addressing the issues. I was however, disappointed with the furnishings within the condo. The kitchen and master bath shower were aesthetically updated, the rest of the unit is in need of a complete update. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are not queens as listed(full would be more accurate), which was challenging for our guest whom are well over 6 feet tall. Definitely in need of new carpet, rugs (lacking), furniture, ceiling fans, mattresses and kitchen utensils, generally a more polished look for the location and competition. Despite our complaints, we enjoyed escaping the north's winter fury.

GREAT LOCATION/VIEW

We enjoyed this property on the Golf Course. The Sunrises were beautiful. The location is perfect. There are a lot of restaurants/beach bars, and beaches to visit. Fort Desoto is right down the road with a several local pools including Island Grille. Loved our Stay. Will def. return.

Fantastic Stay

Our room was great! It had all the essential items, cookware, cutlery, grill, plenty of towels, pillows, any and everything we needed! It was a nice quiet area, grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was perfectly heated! It was a great deal for the price and we will definitely be back again soon!
