It's location offers the privacy and serenity of the Intracoastal Waterway with an opportunity to view local wildlife (fish, dolphins, manatee) with the convenience of only a 5-minute walk to the beach!

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. The living room includes plush leather seating and a large TV for evenings in. The spacious primary suite offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin/full bunk—ideal for families or groups. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit, and a stylish hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. Step outside to the private balcony off the kitchen and living room, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the coastal breeze. Guests also have access to community amenities including a heated pool, BBQ grills, picnic seating, private dock, shuffleboard, and a 5-minute walk to the beach.

• Parking: 2 Parking Spaces (First come, First serve)
• No pets allowed

• Access: Located on Level 1 (1 flight of stairs required)
