Unit is okay - Poor Management Company
There are plenty of lovely units at Sea Breeze and I would highly recommend you pay close attention to which management company you will be working with. While the unit was fine enough and very large, the kitchen did not have enough items. I couldn’t even find a bowl the correct size for a bag of popcorn. The bathrooms were not very clean, and the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The management company argued with me about a partial refund when the facilities were not open. The pool eventually opened very late into the week, but the hot tub was colder than the pool and there were no grills available, which we would have used. Every other family in our party was graciously given a 10% refund from the companies they booked with (also at Sea Breeze), without any hassle. We did not get what we paid for and yet, while they told me they discounted their rates for others, they would not accommodate us in any way. Be very aware of the poor customer service with unit 201. Pick a different unit!
