Sandy Shores 105 - Gulf Front 1 bedroom / 1 bath

105 is a one bedroom/one bathroom gulf front condo located in Sandy Shores on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular. A large flat screen TV is in the living room along with free internet and wifi. The bathroom has been recently updated and remodeled!

The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. The bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and walk in closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation.

There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

We had a great time at Sandy Shores. The view is unbeatable for the price walking distance to all the bars, restaurants across the way coffee shops we loved it. I would say that the shower was a big disappointment. I would say get a new shower curtain and work on the exhaust in the bathroom. Other than that it was a great experience maybe get some better towels all in all would book again!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The view of the Gulf of America is incredible, pool & pool area was clean and inviting. Sunsets were breathtaking! John's Pass right across the street. Unit was clean, comfortable furniture & beds.

The view was wonderful. Shopping at John’s Pass was great. Host helpful. Coffee pot/keurig stopped working 2nd day there. Not replaced. Shower curtain very very thin could not shower without putting something on bottom of curtain to hold it down.

Truly amazing view! No need to book any cruises you can see the beautiful sunset, dolphins and manatees right from the balcony. The pool is always kept nice and clean as well. It was right near all the restaurants, souvenir shops and bars. Being right on top of the beach was nice too! Overall great stay!

Great location

This condo did not disappoint. Right on the beach and a perfect view of the sunset from balcony and living room windows. Condo is right across the street from John Pass. Hope to be back!!

Great place!

Awesome place! Location is absolutely amazing! Beach on one side and Johns Pass across the street. Place is actually better than pictured. Furniture has been updated and some beach chairs were there to borrow. We will be back!

Great Location Needs TLC

Property is the perfect location! Corner unit on the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunsets! Believe they are updating the place as there was construction dust everywhere. With continued updates this will be a beautiful place! As stated in previous reviews elevator is very hit or miss. Being on the first floor that wasn’t a big concern for us, one flight of steps very doable.

Condo was very nice, furniture a little uncomfortable but definitely doable👍Only problem we had 1st night we were there it rained pretty good & we had major water backing up into our place but it handled quickly & didn’t happen again! Like that it was a key pad place so not just anyone could get in👍

Awesome Location

We enjoyed the condo. Bright and cheerful. Nice balcony overlooking the pool area the beach. The condo was spacious for two people. The bathroom is a bit small but that isn’t something the owner can control and not an easy project to enlarge it. Our only complaint was with the WiFi. It shouldn’t even be advertised as available. It dropped out constantly. We were not trying to work so only an annoyance for us but it would have been totally unacceptable if attempting to work. Other than that it was a very comfortable condo and a great location. We stay in the area fairly frequently. John’s Pass Village is just across the street. Publix is a short drive.

A place to sleep at night

Good location. Could have had a tv bigger than a 28 in , remote with dead batteries, broken microwave, holes in the walls, broken tile all over the floor , brick of a bed with stained linens, rly stained pillow cases . Stayed for our honeymoon and thought it was going to be way different than what we walked into . The pool/stair doors that you have to use to get anywhere & to the beach worked ` of the time . The few utensils/plates/cups we had to was as soon as we got there due to them being dirty . It was a place to stay but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a place to take family or anything . Again not trying to totally bash it but it wasn’t what we thought .

Great Location

We stayed at 105 for three nights. It was clean but a little dated. It is a very basic condo. It has wicker furniture in the living area. The TV does not work in the bedroom. We only had three towels and three washcloths. Condo could use a little update and a keurig but it was clean and the location was perfect!

Better than Advertised!

The listing is accurate, but misses a few of its praise-worthy points. 1. As a north west corner unit, it has a large side window offering full beach views other units don't get. 2. Check Google maps and verify this place has the largest pool with fewest steps to the gulf waters. 3. Walkable to every tourist needs - restaurants, shopping, and activities. 4. Covered assigned parking spot near the elevator. Move in and leave your car out of the heat and sun. 5. Beach chairs and umbrellas rentable on the beach ($35/day) or the owner has an assortment of used, but servicable folding chairs and water toys. (Or buy the latest and greatest right across the street) 6. The condo is not so beautiful or fancy that you cant put your feet up and relax. 7. The beach fibe in this area is family oriented, unpretensious, and the faithful sunset brings out a friendly, fun, safe, party atmosphere. Bring your coordinated apparel for last night photos. We'll book again.

Great Location and view! They really need to upgrade in the living room and dining room furniture! I believe they could charge more with updated furniture! I don’t know why the house cleaners don’t check the utensil drawers to make sure the silverware is clean! But, this seems to be just about everywhere we rent!

Girls weekend

The property was in the best location. Johns pass was rigjt across the street and not a far walk to the beach from the condo. Walk to anything you need. The condo was perfext for our stay and the balcany was large. The view was stunning. Would definitely stay again. We had a small issue with the AC leaking and shutting off, but the property manager waa right on it and had it fix with in an hour!!

Excellent location

We enjoyed staying here. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The views from our balcony was magnificent. Enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony. Fun little shops and great restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely return.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect!!! The door key pad was broken so we had to use a key during our stay. There is no recliner in living room as pictured. The beds are really hard. The kitchen is nice and had everything we needed. The bathroom is nice but limited towels and no washer or dryer in the condo only a community one. Pool area is nice and the views are amazing especially for the sunsets.

Disappointing but great location

The outside grounds where clean, the carpet in the condo was terrible. My socks were filthy after a few hours of walking on the carpet. The beds were hard and seemed really old, the pillows were flat. The furniture was terrible, they were wicker and falling apart. We had to put up with people smoking cigars out in the common area, which is right below the balcony. Even though it states it is a smoke free property. When we checked in, the code on the door did not work, they did spend hours trying to fix it but it was never fixed and we had to worry about a key all week. We wasted the first day waiting for them to fix the lock. Greg said he would have someone fix it the next morning at 9:00 which someone did show up but just looked at it and said, do you have a key and we said yes, he said then your good. There's nothing I can do about it. Greg did apologize and said he would comp our first night for all of the problems, but we did not see that. There was never anyone in the office, we stopped in several times and no one was there. Most of the time, the key pads around the grounds did not work. The ones to the beach and the stairs barely ever worked. If there were any questions, we had to call and that was just an answering service which they were able to help us for the most part. The plus side to the place, is the location. The beach was nice and it was right across from Johns Pass so you could walk anywhere.

Madeira Beach great location to beaches shops & restaurants

The location of this condo was great. Close to shops & restaurants. Furniture could stand some updating as it is all very uncomfortable. Also, I’ve rented many times through VRBO, however this time only 2 rolls of tp, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 garbage bags & 1 roll of paper towels were provided. Additional supplies we had to purchase ourselves.

Sandy Shores Maderia Beach Florida unit 105

Clean corner unit. But that's all it gets. Pictures included a big recliner that WAS NOT in the unit. The old hard wicker sofa and chair barely has any cushion left.. i have a spinal disability and I could not sit on it. We had to bring the lawn chairs in off of the patio to sit on for a week. Carpet was gross. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. There was no heating coil in the oven so we had to throw our food we bought to cook there. The kitchen table was barely standing with its broken leg. Two of the dining chairs were wobbly aned they were all filthy. I contacted management which led nowhere. We actually cut our stay there and left two days early because it was so uncomfortable.I requested one day credit due to the conditions but have heard nothing. If you want comfort, DON'T STAY in unit 105. We stayed at Sandy Shores in June and had a beautiful unit. That's why we re booked there in January. We will go back there but never to unit 105 again. It's obvious the owner put no money into making this unit omfortable for their guests.
